Financial Policy
We offer a variety of options to help you achieve your optimal oral health.
Dental Insurance: We participate with several insurance companies. Please bring your insurance card and we will do our best to help determine your benefits. You can also call the office prior to your appointment and give your dental insurance to our office manager and she will acquire information prior to your appointment. Please note, not all insurance companies cover all dental procedures and within your place of employment policies may be different and therefore coverage will be different.
Financial Options: At Levenson Periodontal Associates we don’t want finances to prevent you from obtaining the care you need. During these difficult times, we would like to provide you with a number of ways to be able to achieve your treatment goals.
- Interest Free Financing – One of the options we offer are low or no interest financing with a third party source so that finances will not be a hinderance.
- Payment Plans – We can work out a no interest payment plan using a credit card on file.

No Interest Financing Available
It is important that you discuss the terms of the no interest financing with our office manager. We offer 18, 24 and 36 month no interest financing through an outside third party – Care Credit. We pay a fee to offer this no interest financing to you, but the terms are subject to your specific care credit contract.
Please note: If you go beyond the terms of the no interest financing you will accrue interest charges through the entire term that you decided upon as per the contract you signed with care credit. Levenson Periodontal Associates does not received any of this interest you may be charged.
